Kristal has over 15 years of experience as a Program Manager, Administrator and Executive Support person in Government, Healthcare & Corporate Environments in New Zealand, UK, and Australia. With qualifications in business management, she's led large-scale programs, delivered major events and supported high-performing teams, always ensuring operations run smoothly and people feel supported.
Throughout her career, Kristal has remained focused on one thing: creating an environment where people can succeed by providing the resources they need to do so (delivering structure, clarity) and by being that caring human presence (the cup of coffee on the desk, the reassuring message "don't worry, everything is okay").
Known for her ability to build trusted relationships, simplify complexity, and create order where it’s most needed, Kristal brings a calm, people-first approach to every business she supports. Her approachable style and practical mindset give small business owners confidence that their operations are in capable hands, freeing them to focus on the work that fuels both their business and their life.

Brad brings more than 20 years of experience across project management, business advisory, and risk management. He holds formal qualifications in finance, IT, and project management, has completed leadership programs, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Over his career, Brad has delivered complex projects, advised on compliance and performance, and worked with business leaders to shape strategies that deliver measurable results.
What sets Brad apart is his ability to make complicated financial and operational challenges simple and actionable. He knows small business owners don’t need jargon, they need clarity and guidance they can trust. His calm, detail-driven approach helps clients make confident decisions and stay focused on the bigger picture.
